Chairman Barr Isaac Abbot Ogbobula commenced the distribution of the PPEs including nose masks and hand sanitizers to security agencies such as the Nigerian Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC), the Nigerian CorrectioService and the Nigerian Police Rivers State command headquarters.
