RIVERS APC ACTING WOMEN LEADER CONGRATULATE HER BAYELSA AND KOGI STATES COUNTERPARTS ON ELECTIONS VICTORY.

The Acting Women Leader All Progressives Congress APC Rivers state chapter Mrs.Beatrice Amaobi has congratulated her counterparts in Bayelsa and Kogi states respectively in the efforts and energy they invested in mobilizing their women for the victory of APC in the just concluded Governorship Elections.



Mrs.Amobi in a statement released in Port Harcourt on Tuesday,19th November,2019 , described the victory as an act of God.

She observed that over sixty percent of the entire electorates are women,adding that women are critical stakeholders in the Nigeria Democratic process.

She hinted that women were properly mobilized as seen in the grand finale of both the Bayelsa and Kogi states,while thanking women for coming out in good number to exercise their franchise.

Mrs.Amobi thanked the Independent National Electoral commission INEC for conducting credible,acceptable and transparent elections in Bayelsa and Kogi states.

The women leader applauded the security agencies for providing enabling security atmosphere that guaranteed the confidence of electorates to come and and cast their votes.

Mrs.Amobi hinted that in 2023 Rivers state we be among the states in the South_South region to be governed by the APC.
